We would like to introduce you to our Head Chef and also Owner Ben Manners. With 12 years experience in catering he has a wealth of knowledge to source fresh local produce and then creates a perfect dish for you to enjoy in our peaceful Canopy restaurant or our bustling vibrant Bar.

Before taking on this exciting adventure of Penn Central and the Canopy Resturant,Ben has worked in some great local restaurants. Ben is passionate about working with Seafood, and using local ingredients to create a fabulous menu. This is the reason as to why we have recently decided to change the Canopy Restaurant to a Steak & Fish House .
